I’ve had to live with headsets never being the best experience for me because apparently I have slightly large ears. Two years ago I started wearing glasses and it became a worse experience.Enter the EKSA E900 headset. I read some reviews and decided to try these out. These are awesome. I am finally able to wear a headset for hours with NO pain or discomfort. For people looking for data I have included pics because I want everyone to buy these! The inside of the ear muff measures 2 1/8″ X 1 3/4″ and the padding is thick and comfortable. I really was willing to settle for having a big enough ear cup and deal with pain from my glasses but to my surprise my glasses finally no longer bother me. These are perfect!Another awesome feature, you can run these thru USB or 3.5mm headphone jack (which locks in so you can’t accidentally unplug yourself), the microphone is also removable so you don’t have to have it in your face when playing solo or listening to music AND the volume adjustment is built into the left earpiece so no more annoying box on the cord to fumble with. Mic mute is also a clickable button on the left ear piece. And yes, these have a nice small red lighting effect when used with USB.I’m so glad I found these and I absolutely encourage anyone on the fence to buy these. Headband is as comfortable as the ear muffs and again with big ears and wearing glasses, these are a god send. I was finally able to complete Alien Isolation thanks to these, no more pesky face huggers are sneaking up on me with these bad boys on! These are AMAZING!

I’ve had these for about 10 months and they’ve been great – definitely a lot of value for the price. The mic is nice and clear and offers some pretty good noise cancellation. I like that it’s detachable too for those times when you just want the headphones. The sound isolation they offer is great too and the padding makes them good for long sessions, even for those with glasses.Unfortunately in the last month or two, two issues have come up (likely related). The volume dial on the back seems to be a little wonky and the sound often jumps way up and then back down as I adjust it. Also, the sound coming from the right-hand side (non-mic side) is noticeably muffled. I’ve tried it on both my PC and my phone and it’s the same between the two. They’ve been great, though, and I’ll likely order another pair just like them.

This was a very good headset because of the quality and the 7.1 surround sound that is built within side of it and it provided very good connectivity. It made gaming super east to do. Would recommend to my friends!

Pros: Good sound quality and bass for the price. No problem with the detachable mic. Well-built and comfortable to wear. Very handy to have the mic mute button on back side of the left ear cup.Cons: The bright red LEDs remain on even when the computer is powered down.EDITED Oct 2021: The headset worked well for 11 months. Then the microphone went completely dead. The company website states that the product is covered by a 24 months warranty. I filed a request, 10 days later, still no reply. It’s fair to take off one star for lack of warranty services.

You get all the features, functionality, style and quality that you’d expect with all the high dollar, professional headsets for under $50! The sound quality is easily as good if not better than my Razer headset which was quadruple the price. Durable construction and comfortable enough for hours of game play. Get all the performance without all the price!

Ehh .. much other better headsets out there for this price you just have to look harder .. sound is ok .. from time to time u hear a scratching sound.. also it’s not as comfortable as it looks the headband is definitely not big enough specially for big headed peeps like myself .

If you are looking for a gaming headset pick this up. I have had all the expensive ones and this one outperforms alot of them. I read the reviews and bought them and they do not disappoint. For the price point they can’t be beat!

I wanted a lightweight headset that was comfortable for hours on end for long phone calls, and this worked…actually really well. I’m surprised it’s as comfortable as it is. The build quality is good enough for the price point, and the type-c connector to the headset is appreciated. For sound, this definitely puts treble and mid over bass. I wouldn’t really recommend listening to music with this, although it’s fine, there are better options more geared towards music specifically. But the priority on treble/mids seems to really help on phone calls, as I’d say I can make voices out better than some of the other headsets I’ve used that try to dual-purpose for both calls and music. The microphone can be a little finicky, and doesn’t pick up voice as well as it could, but like I said, has been totally sufficient for calls. It doesn’t pick up too much either, as I can have an AC unit running in the background or other noise and it generally doesn’t come through.Seriously, a really good value and glad I got it.

Bought these for my son because I was done listening to his video games all day. He loves them and wouldn’t take them off so I decided to try them. They are amazing! I have bought headphones for triple this amount that didn’t work as well. They also adjust very well for both of our head sizes

I work from home and am on the phone all day. These are a little heavy, but the padding and fit help. The only real issue is the fact that the microphone is very short and does not come all the way in front of my mouth. I tried contacting the company to see if they offered a longer microphone, but never heard anything back from them. If you’re looking for great sound and fit, these will work for you. If you have a loud voice, then the short mic won’t be an issue. If you’re more soft spoken, then I would suggest you keep looking if you are needing to be able to speak with people all day.

It’s hard to find a pair of over-ears headphones that don’t become painful to wear after an extended period. These are nice though. Sound quality is good, they’re comfortable and have great noise cancellation. The only downside is the microphone, my friends say it sounds like an old xbox360 mic. Could be worse though aha. All in all it’s a solid device

Worked well when I received the product. Although, I had a mishap where I tripped on the USB cord, causing the computer connector to break. The headphone port was not damaged. I was able to contact support and receive a replacement. Support was very nice and quick. As long as you are not too clumsy, I highly recommend this product. The headphones look very nice and feel pretty decent, the sound quality is pretty good too.

I’m mainly using this for videoconferencing as opposed to gaming. It’s working great for that purpose. Sound is very good; mic works well; ear pads are very comfy. I have a large head and it fits me fine. The option of using either the 1/8″ plug or USB connection is very helpful. The 1/8″ cord twists and locks into the headset, which is also nice. Very happy with it so far!

Nothing really bad about this other then the noise cancellation doesn’t really hold up to your expectations but other then that the headset is a good one if you don’t want to spend $$$$ on a good quality kind

USB cable cuts in & out causing me to lose sound. If the USB cable isn’t connected then theres no 7.1 surround sound. I had to switch to the analog cable. Still works but sound isn’t as good.

I bought these for my video conferences and to block out the background noise from my household. The microphone only picks up my voice and not the noise of the house and the sound quality is really good. Note: the headphones are not active noise cancelling but do a good job of reducing the background noise from kids, wife, TV.

Thank you, this is one of the better headsets and mic I have had in a long time, the USB port actually helps a lot better than the normal ear and mic jacks. Has some quality noise reduction, I use a fan in front of me, so with that always going, it’s difficult to get a point across, this makes that 80 to 85 % better. Also, has on/off mic switch on the ear piece. Can just switch it off at will. I really like this one so far.

10/17/20 – Update after two months, the 3.5mm headphone jack snapped in half. It wasn’t abused, it simply broke from being removed from a device. This happened over two weeks ago. I have sent multiple emails to their “warranty” department just asking for a replacement cable and have received no response. May consider changing review back if/when they take care of this issue…8/13/20 – Update after a few days of heavy use.Bought mainly for online college; Skype, Zoom, conferences, audio/video lectures, etc. But also a little light gaming here and there. The ear cups are extremely comfortable and the headset doesn’t clamp to your head too tightly, making it easy to wear for well over an hour. Sound quality is clear with okay bass and clean mids & highs. Not going to impress an audiophile but, at this price, you wouldn’t expect it to. The microphone audio quality is decent and the mic doesn’t come unplugged easily but I’m also not flipping it up and down incessantly like some gamers might.Like several other reviewers, I couldn’t get the 7.1 driver software to work correctly on a Windows 10 computer. I was able to download it from the company website but the features are wonky and don’t really seem to deliver much more than the standard driver that Windows automatically installs for USB listening devices. I use a different EQ program anyway so this is a non-issue for me.Overall, it’s a good price for what you get: Decent quality and comfortable headphones, your choice of USB or 3.5mm connection, and a company that seems to stand behind their product. For that alone, I’ll still give it five stars.

I don’t know why they have instructions for the splitter if it’s more effective to just use the USB connection. Once I went through the trial-and-error (mostly error) with the PC setup instructions, I finally settled with the USB instructions. Again, maybe it’s just me. Otherwise, they’re ok. A little small for my ears and a bit heavy. Very cool though

This time it’s different, the EKSA e900 Pro is to me the Best Budget Gaming Headset so Far!I was impressed all the way as I tested this headset with gaming, music, comfort and mic test. The sound quality is superb, the bass is amazing and to make it even better make sure you guys download the sound driver software that comes with it and try out my settings for the EQ settings. (The difference is night and day) For the 7.1 surround sound setting is really good, but to me I prefer having them off, because I play Rainbow Six Siege and that doesn’t make it better.Overall, I highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for a budget gaming headset. VERY WORTH IT!

I have been an online games for many years now and I have gone through many gaming headsets. It is difficult to find one, especially in a reasonable price range. I go through at least one a year and the same two issues are always the demise: the mic goes or the cord to the controller gets a short in it or completely breaks. So, after my recent headset I barely had a year bit the dust, I searched for a headset that had a removable cord and mic, not knowing if such a product existed and at a reasonable cost. The EKSA E900 was the answer! I’ve only had it for a short time, but I have been extremely pleased so far. Here are my pros and cons so far:Pros:-Removable/replacable mic-Removable/replacable 3.5 mm cord-Extremely comfortable ear cups even after hours of use-Compatible with multiple consoles and PC-Cables and cords for multiple consoles and PC in the box-Great sound-$40 US Price Range as of June 2020Cons:-Mute button makes a static noise every time it is pressed and depressed. Not sure if only user can hear it or other gamers in party can hear it but it is annoying.

Everything is more clear in this headset compared to my old one. I very much appreciate the software that comes with it so I can adjust some settings. I like the surround sound, though I haven’t really put it through its paces yet, it is good so far.The biggest thing is that not only is sound clearer for me, my friends say I sound better on discord too.My one suggestion to anyone new getting this headset is, make sure you have plugged it in fully, or it may get a little static-y for people listening to you.My one con for this headset is that apparently any time I press the mute button on the back of the left ear piece (to mute my mic), it sends awful sounds through to my friends on discord. So, I just don’t use that mute button, but that is a downside that needs to be addressed.Other than the mute button, though, I have zero complaints as the sound quality is much better than what I had before.

This is basically on par with bose Sony and even B&O when using the surround sound system with a usbc cable on a computer. When using the headphone jack the sound is degraged just a little bit but still is greater than most budget headphones it’s wierd with these headphones how it produces two completely different qualities with different cables I don’t know how it works but it sounds so good. For a gaming headset this is probably better than many actual music based headsets that are on the market

The EKSA E900 USB Gaming Headset is perfect for the price. It worked right out of the box and no issues. The sound is good, fit is a bit tight. Earmuffs are comfortable and fit nicely over the ears. I own a name-brand aviation ANR (Very expensive) earphones and know what top quality is all about. This product is very good, and you won’t be disappointed.I use them for Zoom meetings and computer phone calls paired with my Android smartphone.PROS: Detachable mic boom. Volume control. Excellent price. Multiple connections are available to connect to devices. Push – release mute button. The mic sidetone is good once I figured out how WinDoz 10 controls the mic (Slight echo).CONS: A tad of a tight fit (Wore them for three hours though without a problem). Non-replaceable ear muffs (quality is good and should last for a long time).

Purchased it the 29/june/2020, now im writing this review on 9/april/2022. Never had a problem until now, it has been working perfectly with great sound. Now sometimes when i plug it in it has a message saying that my pc can recognize the device, probably an issue with the cable and maybe if i change it, it will solve everything. Im very happy with this headphones. The only way EKSA could make this even better is if they change the earpads from “leather” to a soft comfortable fabric. With time passing the “leather” started to break down and shed all over my tshirt/desk, but its just something comestic, it never affected the sound.Definitely worth the money.

They were comfortable and good at muffling outside noises, but unfortunately there is no pass-through sound, so it sounds very very weird when you are talking. The sound overall seems good for music, but when I’m in a videoconference, the voices seem slightly distorted and often hurt my ears. I will be going back to my cheap three-year-old Logitech headphones – they have no sound cancelling, but at least the sound doesn’t hurt my ears. I downloaded their software and tried troubleshooting, but there aren’t really any options other than simple volume control.

Pretty good sounding. Nice noise cancelling on mic. My only gripe would be that there is not enough passive noise cancellation of outside noise for me simply by having the headphones on. Some has said it was good for them but I am not seeing very much.

After using expensive ($200+) headsets in the past I can honestly say that this headset has near the same quality for a much more affordable cost and the difference is not noticeable at all. I would recommend this headset to anyone that is looking for value in their purchase.

Mic is really sensitive even to the small noises like a fan running. My headset stopped functioning after a week or 2. It turned out that the product probably wasn’t cleaned out well enough luckily I had a can of air on standby. I suggest having a can of air on hand in case your product “stops functioning.”

It might sound ridiculous, but I actually “downgraded” from a nice pair of Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 (base/older version) to these. Now, the EKSA is a bit worse in some regards. The cups don’t seem to be quite as large as the Kingston’s and I’ve got some big ears, so it takes a bit less time for my ears to start hurting during long sessions. My favorite thing about it though, is for music. I listen to a lot of hip hop and rap, and I love me some bass. This thing blows the HyperX outta the water. There is a bit of tradeoff as the highs can distort more easily at high volumes or when things are super cacophonous but for me that’s not too big of an issue. If you’re on a budget, I would definitely recommend these as the best, or nearly the best option out there for the price range.

Ok so at first I thought I got a bad first batch so I sent it in for a replacement and then received the new set. So the first one really was not functional and this new is a bit better but the mic quality is not great. There’s a static sound that others hear and I hear a slight one when I’m just muted like there’s something wrong on the inside. Either way the build quality is sooo nice it’s such a shame these headphones don’t have a good mic which is the reason I purchased these smh idk maybe y’all had better luck than me. I want to return them but I’m afraid Amazon will think I’m being sketchy. Purchase at your own risk.

I really love the sound. They are comfortable even during long gaming sessions. I got them earlier today (yes to me it is still Thursday cause I haven’t been to sleep yet). I’ve been wearing them almost all day and night (with the exception of a few short BRB’s) These are great for listening to music, or gaming with a friend… I don’t know if this happens with all pc but in windows 10 Pro x64 you need to go into the control panel and sound settings regarding communication. Cause if you game multiplayer as I do, and co-op you won’t be able to hear the game. When your friend speaks to you. Overall I think this set of headphones is one of the best I’ve ever had. I for one am quite pleased with this purchase…

These are incredibly comfortable. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable my old pair was until I put these bad boys on. I also enjoy being able to adjust the mic to exactly where I need it. The old pair had a fixed plastic mic that was problematic at times. Having the volume controls on the headset instead of inline is also a really nice feature. The clunky knob was always getting caught on my keyboard tray or randomly adjusting volume when I’d brush against it on the old pair. No such worries anymore. The sound quality is also really great. I am by no means an aficionado on the matter. But I’ve found new enjoyment from old songs due to the bass on these headphones. The directional sound is also a neat experience. Although, it doesn’t come up often in my user experience so I can’t enjoy it as much. I can still hear people in the room talking a little bit when I use these. I can hear cars driving by outside while wearing them right now. It doesn’t totally cancel sound. But it cuts enough of it out that you can focus on what you’re listening to. It should also be noted that I have excellent hearing and tend to keep the volume low on any headphones that I use. If you turned them up to a normal operational level, outside sounds most likely wouldn’t be an issue.

Sound quality is very good especially at this price range. Voice quality sounded great on recording app and discord voice activation isn’t triggered by my mechanical keyboard which is always nice. The option to use it without a mic is great as it apes you to use them as normal Headphones without it being obvious you’re carrying around a gaming headset.

Honestly, these are some of the best headsets you can get for the price. I remember owning a pair of Razer Krakens that were alright in sound, but only lasted a couple weeks of just regular game use. These however, are somehow more comfortable, better sound quality, and so far are holding up really well compared to my krakens and electras. It comes with a pretty long warranty so if a problem does come up you can just return them within a lot of time. If I haven’t sold this product to you yet, the detachable wires for this thing are awesome and the mic quality is superior to older mics I had. My friends even had to take a double take on who I was when I first used these. Please do yourself a favor and give these a try.

ESKA did it!!!!!!! EKSA E900 Gaming Headset offers you a 7.1 Surround Sound with only US$27!!Before you watch these comments, try to use your headset on some 3D test video. This is amazing, right? But what EKSA E900 can do is to make those Surround Sound more realistic. When I put on this EKSA E900 and watch some 8D AUDIO, I can hear all the voice running around me. I can promise you that if you are choosing your first pair of headset, this one should be your first choice. You will thank me with the biggest smile and watery eyes because you will feel how realistic and how adjustable this one could do. Don’t waste your time on looking for the cheaply constructed overpriced gaming headset. Now I am going to write some real comments:The pros: It is comfortable on my head without pinching. I have a normal size Asian head so this might not be well suited to those with big heads. It’s relatively light. It sounds clear with no electronic noise. The mic is reasonably sensitive and seems to be pretty good at playing OVERWATCH. The bass is deep and bouncing. The cons: Not reach the level of ‘studio sound’. If you want the one with the cheapest price and a little of reaching studio quality, you should take a look at other product made for DJ studio. Besides, It is too warm to wear when summer comes. Sometimes the 3D effect will make you dizzy, try to take a break when you feel uncomfortable.

Edit after replacement: Was able to get a unit with the mic working after working with the seller and receiving a replacement. Pretty good proactive seller and shipped the replacement quickly. I would have much preferred getting the functional unit the first trip around but my son seems happy with the unit now.Original Review:The quality seemed fine, but the mic was WAY too low. I tested it out on my PC and it barely registered. I bought this for my son to use thru his XBox controller and people cannot hear him.I contacted the company and they sent instructions telling me to test it thru my phone. It worked fine on my phone, but no one in this house will ever use it thru a phone. We’ll use it for XBox or PC gaming. This is a bummer because the quality of the headset seemed ok.

Comfort: 4/5Mic Quality: 4/5 (DETACHABLE MIC THOU)Sound Quality: 5/5Noise Cancelling: 4/5Gaming Performance: 5/5I bought a bunch of budget gaming headset, where I always found myself regretting something whenever I bought one before.

I bought these for Borderlands 3 since I have been staying up late playing and wanted a little more immersion in the game.-: PROS :– very professionally packaged and includes travel bag, 3.5 mm cable & splitter (if needed) and a USB cable; both cables have Velcro-style zip ties- volume control and mute buttons on the left ear- sound quality is amazing, considering there are a lot of explosions and weapon noises in the games I play.- detachable microphone plug fits securely so it won’t move unless you want it to (small red microphone symbol should be facing you, I think…); It is flexible, but surprisingly stable as well.- audio cable also locks in place- memory foam ear pads and head band are comfortable for hours on end- I have a large head so sizing is usually an issue for me, but not with this set.-: CONS :– driver takes about 16 seconds to download and install (what a pain, right?) 😆SIDENOTE: there is no ACTIVE noise cancelling, but if something is playing, you will doubtfully be able to hear anything else. Not calling it a CON though, since I wasn’t expecting any noise cancelling.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this product for this price point. Surprisingly light, fairly comfortable, pretty good at noise cancelling. The mic seems a little hit or miss for when it works, but that could be a software problem on my laptop.

My expectations for this product at the price point purchased were not too high when I placed my order. I just wanted a product where I could have a true 7.1 surround sound experience. To achieve this you must install the manufacturer’s USB drivers from their website. Unfortunately their website offers two drivers for the same product, stating that some headsets have a newer chip inside and to refer to your serial number to locate which driver you need to download. My box didn’t have a sticker in the lower right corner showing the serial number. My order was fulfilled by an Amazon warehouse, and the box did not look tampered with. It appeared unopened, from the factory. It seems some how this box didn’t get the sticker with the serial number. After a wait from their chat support on the website (they never responded, so two hours later I sent another IM to them and US-Amy replied). She wasn’t able to offer answers, but she did try to help. Sadly I grew impatient at it was midnight and I would explain “This window shouldn’t show Microsoft, but Eksa or another third party for the driver. Where does the driver get installed so I can manually tell Windows to use the proper one?” she would disappear without asking me to wait or share her intentions to help me, and then minutes later would return with some more information. In the end she could just tell me to use the old driver. I did download the old driver, and Windows wasn’t using that driver for the headset when plugged in. Did the headset produce sound, yes. Did their software work to turn on novice mixer settings that were offered with Windows 95, sure. I know I only paid $45 for these, but I expect a product to at least work as advertised. They’re not offering a driver, they’re offering a software application that filters the audio and applies effects to them. This is not what I wanted and not even a virtual 7.1 channel surround experience. I’m rating two stars because the headset is comfortable after 2-3 hours of wearing them while chatting with the rep lol, I listened to some music with them and it was alright for someone budget minded. I’m 35, like the finer things in life, so I guess I’ll drop $200 on something that will meet my expectations. You have to try the cheaper options first though, you know?

This headset is perfect for online meetings. Sound quality is great, the microphone works great, and there’s volume control. The memory foam ear covers are comfortable and keep out random noise. I also use these to listen to music while I work. The sound quality is much better than my Macbook Pro speakers. In March 2020 I started working from home with a traditional phone headset that covers one ear. That “works”, but I grew to despise it. I had to talk loudly to overcome the noise cancellation. Telephone-grade meeting audio in one ear, household noise in the other, and a plastic thing jammed against the right side of my head. No bueno. After a couple hours of research on Amazon I found the EKSA E900 Pro: great sound, durable, and reasonably priced. This review registers me for the warranty but that’s not why I’m writing it. I’ve reviewed many of my purchases, both good and bad.I’m happy with my purchase. It arrived the same week I ordered it and I haven’t regretted it once.Oh: last thing – USB. I wanted a USB-connected set so I wouldn’t have Bluetooth breaking up or dropping. It came with good quality cables, too. I would buy this again.

This headset is excellent for the price. I’ve used it for video conferencing, listening to music and gaming on my xbox one. The sound comes through great for voice and music. There are some cool features such as the 3.5mm wire has a locking notch in the wire to keep it secure to the headset. The mic is detachable so the headset can be used as regular over the head headphones. The headset also has a volume control and a mute button both of which are easy to function. In terms of noise cancelling the over the ear pieces will cancel out 99% of the noise (these will cancel out other voices and music from the surrounding area depending on the sounds coming through the headphones). The sound quality is excellent for voice, since the headset is designed for communication the bass is decent for music but that can be adjusted on the sound device.Overall for the price and quality I would recomend this headset.

Let me say that this looks really good, it is very practical with the cables. But they are bad catching the surround sound, like un CoD I can’t hear if there are above or up. It has to be really close to hear it. So it’s no good for first person or competitive gaming that need to hear everything. The microphone is very good when it work, it can be a little tricky soo for gaming is not that good. The noise canceling is mediocre. I don’t recommend this. Is better for spend a little more for other.

I almost made the mistake of buying some 60 dollar headphones that weren’t nearly as good as these, luckily I didn’t.The main things I like about is the noise cancellation whenever I have them on them on probably half I cannot hear nothing which is great when there’s a crying baby around.-The sound is great and the mic is amazing too, I love that its detachable for when I just want to chill and watch videos I can take it off completely.- The cushions for the ears are quite comfortable considering the fact my ears begin to hurt after a while but with these I could wear them all day. They also give you a pouch to put all the stuff inside. BUY THESE!

First I’ll start with the content of the package:-Headphones (obviously).-Two cables: one 3.5mm and one USB-C. USB-C cable is needed for 7.1 audio but it still sounds great with the 3.5mm one.-Adapter for audio jack for people who still have laptops or computer chassis that use individual jacks for mic and headphones.-Manual and warranty.-Nice bad to carry everything on.It’s nice that the headset came with the adapter and a bag, much appreciated.I’ll continue with non-sound characteristics:This headset is really comfortable for big heads. I’ve always had rpboelsm with headsets as they don’t fit or barely do it and end up exerting too much pressure over my ears (plus having not so comfortable shape on the pads) so my ears ended up hurting a lot after an hour or so. This is not the case with these headsets, I’ve been able to stay working with them on for hours with no discomfort or pain whatsoeverNow going for the sound stuff:This headset definetely has really good audio quality, specially for this price point and it does support 7.1 audio. However there are a few caveats:-7.1 Audio only works through USB (not a problem).-You can either select to use 7.1 audio mode or HI-FI mode, being HI-FI optimized for music (7.1 mode without using equalizer makes music sound terrible).-Noise cancellation isn’t that good. I can still hear the traffic outside my appartment through my mic.As for having to either use 7.1 mode or HI-FI mode, I circuntented it by enabling 7.1 mode and adjusting the equalizer to sound almost exactly the same as HI-FI mode (I could have probably gotten the same sound, by I had spent an hour on it so I didn’t want to continue, it sounds great anyway). I used some normalized sounds that help with finding the right balance for audio. If you are interested in which equalizer adjustment I used, is this:30hz: -460hz: -5120hz: -1250hz: -2500hz: 01000hz: 02000hz: 14000hz: 18000hz: -616000hz: 4I hope this feedback helps.

I bought the headphone in March for my son who loves to play games with friends . Last week, my so. Told me that the connection cable for microphone was loose and he sometimes could not hear when he was talking to friends. He wanted to buy the cable from Bestbuy. I told him maybe we can ask the buyer for it. So I contacted EKSA last week and to my surprise, I got response in 12 hours. They are super helpful and patient. I sent them a video to show them the problem and they think replacing cable might not solve the problem, and they were going to send us a new one! Today, it arrived! It took only 4 days to solve the problem! Great product and great customer services! Thank you, EKSA!

I wrote a negative review initially on this product because it broke only 1 week after careful use of the product. However when i emailed the seller, the really did go above and beyond what most sellers would do. They sent me a replacement part and when that didn’t work they replaced the entire headset for me. I will say i had to email them a few times for things to get going, but they did come through. The headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is great. I would say this headset is worth the risk because the seller is willing to work with you!Update 6 months after purchase:The 3.5mm audio cable is now being unrecognized by all of my devices. This is the second part ive had to replace within 6 months (the mic and now the audio cable). Overall the headset is cheap and not durable yet has decent audio quality and comfortable earmuffs. But you get what you pay for i suppose. …At least you actually can replace the parts.

It’s not bad at all and I’m satisfied with going relatively cheap for this. Sound quality is nothing special but can get decently loud with a slight distortion which is nice. Noise cancelling doesn’t seem to do much but the earmuffs are very comfortable and do block sound well. My friends also told me that the microphone causing some echoing and they had to change their settings around, kinda annoying. The thing that’s most annoying to me is that the cord they gave for usbc is too short. You have to be sitting pretty close to be comfortable with it, good news is you can just use a different usbc cord which is longer! Overall I give it 3.5 out of 5!

Honestly, these headphones are amazing! The sound quality is phenomenal! I haven’t tested out the microphone too much, but based on what I’ve used so far, I cannot complain. This headset has amazing specs and the price is so cheap. Definitely would buy again if I’m ever searching for a new headset.

It is Super Comfortable. You can use them for up to 8 hours and they won’t hurt you. Super loud as well. You can use them for anything such as music, gaming, studio. The mic is also very good. If you have it in your mouth your friends won’t hear you breathing loudly because it is noise canceling. Overall 10/10.

Updating my review due to great support:I was contacted by the vendor support, concerned about the performance of the headset that I had received. They asked if I would be willing to try another unit, to which I agree. I’m very glad to say, this second headset works great. I’ve now used it for two full days of working at home using Microsoft Teams. The dual ear setup blocks out noise in my house, while the mic must do pretty well at isolating my voice, because nobody mentioned my dogs or the kids making too much noise. As far as comfort, I know everyone if different. I wear XXL helmets, and, I’ve wore this headset, for three hour meetings, and then right into a two hour training class, and I had no issues with comfort.I like the controls on this headset. Volume, and the all important mic mute button are easy to access. So, I just received a bad unit. It happens, but their support went above and beyond, so, I would have to recommend them for that alone. The headset sounds fine for all day meetings, and my team members say that I sound very clear to them. Overall, I am now happy with this second unit.Original review of faulty headset:Sound quality was poor, and Within 3 days the mic quit working. Tossed them in the trash.

EDITED & UPDATED: 5/18/20 after 13mo of useOriginally, I spent about a week browsing different headsets for gaming. I about ordered a $120 set, until I seen this suggestion. What’s great…-Pricing-Noise cancellation (no not active), I can’t hear a word from my wife & kids when I have these on.-Comfort, it’s amazing how comfortable they are, especially if you wear glasses!-This headset, Looks sharp & performs excellent! With the 7.1 Surround Sound Drivers Installed you can tell exactly where sounds come from… especially helpful in games like COD Warzone…. Where precision audio gives you an upper hand.-the option to choose what kind of cord you need… and leave aside the one you don’t = nothing unused dangles. Can use with phones, tablets, any 3.5mm audio input really…-slim detachable mic-Lightweight & Flexible-Customer Service is on it, R&D listens to feedback, so if there’s anything you can think of that could improve their products… Mention it, I guarantee they’re listening.-Custom Control software w/ 5 band EQWhat’s mehhh…-doesn’t collapse for traveling-cords from each muff are exposed, which could catch on to something and possibly damage them.5 stars- value, comfort, sleekness, & performance5 stars- Customer Service/Support4.5 stars- peripherals4.5 stars- materials/durability3 stars- portabilityOverall- 5 stars!!!Would 100% recommend, based on value alone and am more than satisfied! I really wish they would expand upon their products.

Sound quality is great. Mic audio quality is great. The Mic does not have full sound cancellation, but it is better than most of the others lying about it, it will filter out some of the background noise. The biggest stitch is the thing came with a broken cable, that is only 3-4 feet long to begin with. The “Type C” end of the “Type C” to Type A USB cable evidently is damaged right at the joint to the head. So should I turn MY head, the headset shuts off. So my options were to act like I’m wearing a neck brace, or replace the cable, which I wanted to do anyways because the thing is so short. That would be where the quotes around Type C come from. It is not a standard Type C socket. A standard Type C plug just, slips right out of the headset socket. Thus making it impossible to replace unless you buy one of theirs. How convenient. I will be returning this product, and refusing to do business with this company in the future.

Very impressed. I use for both PC and PS4. Best part is a USB connection instead of a splitter for the PC. Then when I switch to PS4 unplug the jack from the headset and plug in with the standard jack that fits all controllers, phones, tablets, etc. Both cables are included. It’s great that everything, mic included, all plug into the headset. Easily removed and you don’t have a bunch of cords to lug from place to place. Very sturdy construction, better than more expensive sets. The Dolby 7.1 on the PC is awesome. Over the ear construction is very comfortable as well. Happy listening!

Giving only 2 stars (for now) because I just received this product 2 days ago. Great value but my wire broke. When trying to unplug the headphones from a PS4 controller, part of the tip broke off in the controller. Luckily with some very small tweezers I was able to remove it after a few minutes of trying. However I now have a broken wire and cannot use them for PS4 gaming. Eksa stated they will send me out a new wire. If so, I will update to a better review.Update: They have rectified the issue. They provided excellent communication and quickly resolved my issue. I would recommend these headphones and the company.

Pros- Comfortable to wear for long periods of time- Over-the-ear- fit is good for blocking outside noise (though please note that they’re not true “noise cancelling” headphonesCons- Terrible for gaming (sound leaks from these headphones on any volume setting over “medium”, which then gets picked up by the mic and causes an echo for you and anyone else in chat)- You need to use the USB cord to take advantage of all the features of the headset (including the “surround sound” — also won’t light up unless you’re using USB)- Swapping out cords to use between 3.5mm jacks and USB ports is tedious- Foam microphone cover comes off with the slightest touch.- Surround sound function (which requires its own software) is highly overrated (and mainly just an alternative way of saying “it’s louder now”)Don’t get me wrong – you could do much worse than these headphones, priced under $50, and if you never use them for chat, they’re definitely capable of giving you decent sound, but you could also do much better for not much more.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the headphones and accessories. My Windows 10 computer recognized the USB mic and headphones immediately. I’m using the system mostly for Zoom meetings and audio quality is more than acceptable. You’re not going to get super duper sound out of a $39 headset, but for old ears like mine, they sound just fine with music and TV too. Very comfortable over-the-ear foam cups. The microphone plugs into the headset. I was concerned that it would sag but it seems to be fine. I like that I can also use it with 3.5 MM jacks, as I have three Roku devices so I can plug it the headsets into them and TV without irritating my bride of 35 years. USB setup is the best, highest quality for audio if your device allows it.

Followed the instructions and the Headset works great. Do I use the separate connection for the microphone? Windows has already setup the software for both the Headset and the microphone as per the instructions that came with the product. I get no response for the microphone even though the software is in place. Other than that, everything works.

Updated Review (2022-10-06):I decided to cancel my return and keep the product once I was able to troubleshoot some more. The reason the 7.1 emulation wasn’t working is because of either a faulty USB port or a bad driver installation, or both.To use the 7.1 surround feature, you have to install a driver package available for download on the manufacturer’s website. I did that and when I plugged in the USB cable, the driver recognized the device was connected. But, when I tried to enable 7.1 surround, the program would crash.I reinstalled the driver and for whatever reason it worked this time. I can now toggle on / off the 7.1 feature. But it still didn’t seem to work. My machine has many USB ports, several of which I’ve never used so I tried plugging the device into one of those and everything is working as expected. As for the muddy sound, that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. I was able to set the application’s equalizer to a somewhat acceptable position but there still seems to be a slight unnatural reverb when there is speech without any background music. Might take more equalizer tweaking. Here is my recommendation on tweaking the equalizer:1. Get a media player that supports looping a segment of a video or audio2. Get a video or audio clip with a broad range of sound (bass, speech for mids, and environment effects such as thunderclaps or rain or traffic sounds).3. Find a scene where there is a mix of audio types and set your player to loop a 30 second clip4. Listen to this WITHOUT headphones for a while, to tune your ear5. Plug in the headphones using the USB connector and tweak the equalizer until it sounds similar. I started with the preset “Metal” and then adjusted them manually. You will want to focus on the sliders in the 31 Hz to 500 Hz for the bass (explosions, crashes, soundtrack) and speech (Dom, Brian and others). The sliders from 1k and up will also need to be tweaked a little but those are for the higher pitched sounds (police sirens, engine revs) and require less adjustment. So after getting it to work, I decided to cancel my return and increase my rating. The headphones are comfortable to wear (despite the warmth) and as frustrating as it is to have to tweak an EQ, I understand not everything works 100% right out of the box. Since it isn’t a technical failure of the product, I feel a 4 star rating is earned.Original Review:”Sound is muddy, 7.1 surround doesn’t work”I wanted to like these but after a week of watching various content sources (music, streaming, gaming, etc.), the experience was overall disappointing.Pros:* The detachable cords – Easy to get a replacement if needed* The detachable mic – Nice for when you don’t need it* Lightweight – Makes them comfortable to wear for long periodsCons:* Hot – The fake leather (vinyl?) earpads retain heat more than cloth ones and make your ears hot* 7.1 surround didn’t work – No matter what I tried, I could not get directional “surround” in any games* Sound is very muddy – The frequency range is listed as 20 Hz to 20 KHz but it sounded like everything was being run through both low and high pass filters, dumping it all somewhere into the 100 Hz range. There was very little separation between speech and background music. This was especially noticeable in movies that were actually encoded in 7.1 and not being upmixed. 100Hz is the start of the human voice range so having all the other audio in that range made things sound bad.

I have enjoyed having this headset. I bought it for teaching, and it has been really good quality. I wanted to use the USB function, and it doesn’t look like that’s an option for me for some reason, but the audio jack works fine and I haven’t had any complaints about the noise or problems hearing me. The mute button is tricky, so you should always check that before signing on, but other than that, I’ve really enjoyed these headphones. They are comfortable and lightweight and easy to wear for long periods.

I’ve had this headset for more than a year. I just received a set of HyperX Cloud Alpha S headphones as a gift, more than twice the price and the E900 beats them in every category. The mic quality is great, the sound quality is great, they are comfortable enough to wear all day, which I do. It’s well constructed and durable. I haven’t had a single problem with them since I got them. The software is a little weird. The 3D sound is very tinny but the 7.1 works perfectly fine and you can adjust your center. This is a good headset for any price and an unbelievable steal for $45.

Mic is really sensitive even to the small noises like a fan running. My headset stopped functioning after a week or 2. It turned out that the product probably wasn’t cleaned out well enough luckily I had a can of air on standby. I suggest having a can of air on hand in case your product “stops functioning.”

Mic have echo when I plug into my controller but when I use the surround sound there is no echo. This headset is very comfortable but over time your ears will heat up, there is no noise canceling in the mic by the way but you will not hear your surroundings if you turn your volume up

Can’t beat these for the price and these are extremely versatile. You have the options of 3mm aux which in some situations thats all you have. Its not the best out of the choices but for 3mm Mic and Audio in/out it performs extremely well. If you run this bad boy like I do with the USB-c to a cable and take advantage of their software, then your ears are in for a treat. The 7.1 surround and 3D tuning you can do in software is amazing and these are must have if you play RainbowSix Siege. It really helped me out and gave my gaming a leg up because now I can hear enemies lurking around even better. My only complaint is that the cable is not USB-c to c. I have converted my entire laptops/pc’s to USB-C, everything in my collection is USB-C almost. This cable is the culprit. Hah, minor complaint but this still gets 5 stars from me. I would purchase again!

This headset started to go down hill within a few months. The first issue was distortion or frying started to come from my mic then the volume started to reduce itself. It seems the problem originated from a connection within the headset play around with sometimes fix with frying and volume issue but often returns soon after. I would not recommend this head set to no one with so much other options around. I also notice discomfort on my ear after couple hours of gaming

This headset from EKSA is amazing! The comfort is on point, the sound is missing some mids for sure, however very clear and very loud. I love the travel bag that came with this headset, its very durable and feels quality made. I’m playing 21 Pilots – Ride from a distance (See Video) notice how the sound is still noticeably clear. I can’t say much about the microphone as I have left the headset microphone bandwagon years ago and have my own mic, but there is a great sound sample on EKSA’s website, I found to sound very decent. Overall I love these for any beginner headphones and recommend them for anyone who wishes to buy a quality affordable headset.

UPDATING REVIEW: I reordered this headset because my dog chewed the cord, and the new one arrived today. It is amazing. They added volume control to the headset, and the microphone is much more stable and crisp. Definitely will continue to order!!The headset is comfortable – probably the most comfortable headset I’ve ever had. However, there’s no way to control the volume on the headset, so you have to adjust the volume manually on whatever you’re playing. The noise cancellation is just okay. The mic dangles pretty loosely, and I’ve accidentally pulled it out multiple times. I could deal with the mic issue, but the lack of a volume control makes this headset pretty useless for gaming.

Works pretty good besides the extremely loose connection between the headset and the usc type c cable provided. I tried replacing the cable with a different one with no avail, seems the connecter is just extremely loose. This means it works, but on pc if you move your head slightly with multiple different audio outputs like say a speaker, It’ll make the volume come out of the speaker and then you have select the headset again from the selection of outputs. Extremely annoying.

Build QualityCompared to a HyperX Cloud, this actually had surprisingly better build quality with more solid feeling plastic, less creakiness, and premium feeling plastic. This was perhaps the biggest standout aspect and something I did not expect for the price. The cups are supple and soft and I wore it for a few rounds of Valorant/CoD with no issues.Sound QualityFirst off, this is designed strictly for gaming and not music listening. Yes you can listen to music but it’s only good for bass-heavy genres like EDM, etc. as the mids are recessed. But in terms of gaming, the sound is excellent and booming without losing coherence. Explosions are fun to hear and gunfights sound dynamic. The mic is very, very good and better than some headsets costing 2x as much. It’s also detachable and can bend to suit the user’s face shape. There is also 7.1 ability if you download the software on their website but I haven’t tried this out yet.Extra FeaturesWhat’s really worth mentioning is DETACHABLE CABLES which is not a common feature even at headsets at $100. There are 2 cables you can use – a DETACHABLE USB-C for PC/PS4 and a DETACHABLE 3.5mm for standard audio jacks. Because the electronics for volume and mute are built into the ear cups, the cables are unremembered with any sort of dials or buttons, which means they are more or less standardized. This is a huge godsend because this means they are lighter and can be easily replaceable (but note the ports on the cup side is very recessed you finding a suitable end that fits would take some work). TRIPLE THUMBS UP to EKSA for this feature and it should should be legally mandated across all headsets.Final ThoughtsFor the price, this is a fantastic headset. It is not the best, but I consider it superior to the HyperX Cloud which had been the budget king forever. It’s comfortable, sounds exciting, is built well, and has premium features like detachable cables. 7.1 is another bonus. All this for $40 is a great value proposition and def worth looking at.

This headset is a good headset and quite better than other headsets around it’s price range.I use this headset for my Xbox and gaming. When I play games like Dead By Daylight and Apex Legends, etc. you can hear where the people or noises are coming from usually, it’s nothing amazing though and I can’t talk on how it plays on PC.But it has overall good sound quality however, the headset cord that comes with this IS TERRIBLE. It’s breaks about after 2 months of use. I bought one of these before and the cord stopped working and would eventually requires me to twist the aux input before I got balanced noise in both channels.I currently have a replacement cord coming from Eksa’s own website in a few days, not to mention I tried talking to their costumer service about the problem and all they wanted me to do was spend $10 on a replacement cord plus $6 shipping. The way the cord locks in means that you can’t have any other Aux cord plugged into it unless it is extremely skinny.I do not recommend this headset.

Everything works great. Audio in & out. No complaints. Just more of a cosmetic issue is if you’re a console player, unless you’re playing right in front of your TV or console you won’t get the light feature on the headset since the USB cable has to be connected. & Mic has a lock in feature so you won’t randomly disconnect it while playing. That tends to get stuck so you have to mess with it a bit to get it out. But for its intended purpose, which is gaming, it does its job.

These headphones have a lot going for them: very comfortable, soft ear pads that don’t deteriorate after a couple of uses, excellent sound, lightweight, lots of options, and not overly expensive. All in all I really like them. It’s just that I’ve had some issues. For one I could never get the mic to work even though I’m fairly technical. All good, I chalked it up to me missing something (maybe I should go back and read the manual). So I have basically just been using them as headphones for gaming and listening to music and such. Then about 3 months after purchase the USB wire and connector housing pulled right off of the connector pins which were still in the USB port. Now I’m not rough on electronics and I’ve never had a USB cable break like that before. Upon inspection it seems there were two small solder spots holding the cable housing together and that’s the point of failure. Obviously it wouldn’t go back together, so fine I bought a couple replacement cables – no big deal, working in IT I understand stuff just happens sometimes. No actually it was a big deal – the replacement cables don’t fit the USB C port inside the headphones. I tried two other brands of USB C cables and they don’t fit either. More specifically the cable won’t stay in the port on the headphones – it just falls right back out. Seems none of them are wide enough to help lock the cable into the headphones. Fortunately I have an audio cable just long enough to continue to use them as headphones because the sound is really quite good. I would just like to be able to use the mic and for that I’m pretty sure it needs a working USB cable that will stay connected.Otherwise these are my favorite gaming headphones I’ve ever used, and I’ve gone through a number of different headphones over the years.

I’m so glad I bought these headphones. I was going to get a pair for about $30.00, but my dad didn’t want me to get a super cheap headset. so he said $50.00 at the least. Even though they were cheap, they are everything the description said they would be.360 degree audio:The first thing I did when I got them was test the 360 degree sound. so I went to YouTube and searched 8D audio. when I listened, it worked very well. not only was 360 degrees, but it was incredible quality. In fact, I’m listening to music as I write this review.Noise Cancelling:The description said the headset had fine noise cancelling. it works a little bit, but I can still hear what’s going on around me when I’m gaming or listening to music. I can hear people talking, but in order to understand what they are saying, I’d really have to focus.I use the headset on the computer. I have never had any trouble with the headset, except I never received the 3mm input. I don’t use it anyway. The headset works well when I’m gaming, and when I’m talking to friends on Discord. My friends say they can hear me very well, and with no static. so the microphone works very well.I’m very very happy with this headset. everything works great, and it was cheap.over all, I’m gonna give the headset a 5 out of 5 star rating. I LOVE THEM!!

My old Turtle Beach Earforcex finally died and I needed a new headset. I purchased a Corsair stereo headset for MORE MONEY at Walmart, used it one day and returned it. Sound was weak and low quality. I was looking for something better and under $100. For 50 bucks the EKSA E900 Pro does not disappoint!! The 7.1 Surround Sound drivers are easy download and install. The 3D effect is amazing and has ROBUST sound. There are better headsets, but they’re double the money. There is no apples to apples comparison for this product at this price point.

I saw the high ratings for this headset and had to look into it further.First off, this headset was designed for flexibility. There is the option for USB input or 3.5mm jack inputs. The headset has a jack where you can mount the microphone. A variable control knob for volume and a physical mute button.I also like the sound quality on these headphones. While I have not thoroughly tested the audio of the headset, I’ve been impressed with them so far. I’ve not tested out the 7.1 surround sound functionality.

I do a lot of phone interviews currently for work. While remote working my calls go through my computer, so I bought these so I could type while on the phone and have better sound/microphone for calls coming through my computer. Arrived on time and everything seemed fine until I tried to plug it in. The end of the surround sound cord that goes into the microphone wouldn’t stay registered as connected unless I bent it at a certain angle. The right side of the headphones have more sound canceling than the left. The microphone quality is worse than my 5 year old headphones that I bought these to replace. The sound is also about half a decibel quieter in the left side than in the right side (two volume ticks). The built in volume slider is programmed to slide down for volume up and slide up for volume down. The volume slider also controls the volume input of the microphone. I have to have my computer volume at 5 with my headphones maxed just so the mic will pick up my voice. The driver does allow you to change volume output for the left and right side of the headphones individually though, so thats nice. I wouldn’t mind all these issues if the damn cord would stay plugged in long enough for me to use the headphones. I don’t know if its the cord itself or the port it plugs into on the headphones thats faulty.EDIT: Received a replacement through amazon and the headphones work correctly and have the same level of volume in Left and Right earmuffs. Mic is still bad though. Sound canceling is decent.

I got this for my 9 year old because his old set quit working. The other set was very cheap and the mic went out. After seeing what failed on the old one I decided to get one that had replaceable parts. Mainly the cords and stuff. It arrived today and is very nice. The ear pads are very soft and comfortable and the padding all around feels good. I don’t know about the middle section of the head band but the two sections that hold the ear cups and actually slide up and down are made out of a decent gauge of sheet metal 😮 I must say that the build quality seems very good and I am impressed. The volume and mute functions are on the headset instead of the cord and I lice that a lot too. The cord and the mic are likely to take the brunt of the abuse. This set will let me replace the 3.5mm cord any time without buying a whole new headset. I am very happy with it and I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a set in this price range. I am sure it is tougher than the two I saw in person at BB.

I can’t really say much about the quality of the sound except that my son likes the headphones. About 6 month after I bought the headphones the mic died and so did the audio wire. That’s about normal for my son (this is the third or maybe even fourth set of headphones and they all had the same fate). The reason I bought this set is because both the mic and the audio cable are replaceable. I ordered audio cable online and the audio was back to normal. Mic did not work. But I did contact EKSA customer service and Amy send me a replacement mic and audio cable for free. It took a while for it to arrive because it was shipped from China (about 3 weeks) but now the headphones work like new, and my son is happy 🙂 I was very please the way EKSA handled this issue and thus five stars.

I was looking for a budget a headphone, and after reading and watching some reviews, this seem to be the one with a decent price. As many stated it is not the best for the audio quality but it surprising does have good bass. For its basic use of listening, words aren’t muffled or garbled; everything very understandable and clear. Instruments are distinguishable and detailed. Depending on the music some do sound just alright but nothing sounds flat or unappealing. I have not used the microphone, yet it does bend and can be removed.I have a big head and the supple material for the earpads and headband feel very comfortable, almost like they aren’t even there after awhile. They are soft enough and do bend to adjust to the shape of my head. They do feel warm after some use, and my ears become humid and sweat over time. My big head does feel cramped after having the headphones on for close to an hour. If your head is smaller, you may fair better. The construction of the headphone feels sturdy and it has metal adjustable sliders. The left earcup has the ports for the mic, jack, and the usb-c, a mute button for the mic, and the volume dial which works like a master volume control. It does not adjust the volume mixer in the pc but can extend how much louder or quieter it can be, which I find helpful.Along the headphones, out of the box it comes with a usb-c to usb-a cable which cable makes the red LED logo glow. It also comes with 3.5mm jack to connect to any gaming console or the pc headphone/mic port and an extension cord. The headphone and its accessories can be stored in its own leather pouch, which looks to be durable and big enough to hold every item in the box.

The surround sound is amazing in these, you easily hear foot steps and can instantly tell where they are coming from. Great at keeping ambient noises out.

(SEE LAST EDIT FOR CURRENT THOUGHTS, OLD REVIEW KEPT JUST FOR THE RECORD)Buyer beware: if your headset doesn’t come with a foam portion for the mic, it is awful at picking up sound. I had been enjoying these for a couple months now, but I was just informed by my friends that they can rarely hear me on the mic. After testing on the computer, it is having a very hard time picking up my voice.EDIT (January 10, 2020): The company reached out to me and proved a new headset. All my friends were very impressed with being able to hear my voice once I connected through USB. Have not tried PS4 extensively yet, but I anticipate there will be no issue.EDIT (October 7, 2020): There were occasional issues with bad sound on the mic over the last few months, but today it has just stopped working all together, and I dont see a replacement purchase option. I will see what is availableEDIT (November 11, 2021): While I had some issues over the last 2 years with the headset, at this point overall I think I would recommend this headset to others. It looks like the design has changed a bit since I purchased, so there may be issues I don’t know about, but I have had a decent experience working with the company on replacements.

I actually really like this headset, it’s very comfortable even though I have larger ears. However, with almost daily use for only one month, the mic just died. It started breaking up and people couldn’t hear me. There were also constant connection problems, so I couldn’t rely on it working. If you use it lightly or don’t care about having to constantly replace the mic, then it would be great for you since it’s so comfortable and the sound is good. I, however, will be ordering a better headset to replace it.

Was looking for a headset on Amazon with both USB and 3.5mm compatibility, and miraculously stumbled upon this headset (I think it was like a recommended from another headset I happened to be on). Anyways, if you come across this headset as well looking for both compatibility options, you came to the right place. Sound is good, although not like crystal clear or anything. Gotta keep in mind this isn’t top tier headset. But for what you get, it’s pretty freaking good. Plus you can play with the sound settings that you like (I like my bass to be slightly louder and was able to accomplish this). Mic quality is good according to my friends and when I hear myself talk it’s not bad at all. Headset is a little tight for me and the ear cups just fit my ears, so my ears hurt a little bit after wearing for an extended time, but no crazy complaints. So reason for the 4 stars (I would have rated 4.5) is because the software that you need to download to play with the sound settings is not as straight forward to do. I tried downloading the “Old” version because the box my headset came in looked to be the old style, but the download didn’t work and I kept getting this annoying error. Ended up uninstalling and wiping from my computer. I tried the “New” version, and for some reason, this one worked, although I get a blank icon which is weird to me, but not an issue really. So other than the weird software download, I really like this headset and I think the TRUE multiple compatibility with USB AND 3.5mm beats out a lot of the other headsets that have just 3.5mm. For the price point, I think you really are getting a good bang for your buck.

I’ve had this headset for about a year now and I still love it. It’s very comfortable, has great sound for games, and has a clear mic that doesn’t pick up too much background noise. It does still have its cons but for me the pros outweighed them. Some of the cons of the headset is that with the fake leather ear pads, they can make your ears feel hot and sweaty after a while so ventilation isn’t very great. While I love the sound it produces, it is a very bass focused headset so some treble sounds can be a bit drowned out at times. Those are the only cons that bother me and my boyfriend (when he chooses to use them over his own headset) but everything else has been absolutely great with them. I’ve actually been considering buying the wireless version of this headset due to how impressed I was with these wired ones.

It is definitely worth its value. I have been using it for almost a month and the sound quality for its price is perfect. I can hear my opponent’s food steps are coming from left or right when I’m in the game. One thing I wish they can improve but it might just happen to me: comfortness of the ear pad. If I hear it for hours, it will hurt my ear somehow(it might just be personal issue that I have a giant ear ), so normally I wii take it down after wearing it 1 hr.Overall, it is great proudut,m worth you money.

These are comfortable and initially sounded really good (I play music in the background, also I could hear guildies fine), but my guildies couldn’t hear me, and that’ll ruin a group or raid. I’m disappointed because they’re very comfortable and sounded really good at first.Unfortunately, when my friends/guildies said they couldn’t hear me I was convinced it was their settings (how does it feel to be wrong?!), and I waited too long to return them. Who knows, maybe I just got a bad pair, but pay attention to your return window.

This is a very sleek looking product. The lights on the side stay lit up red and look pretty, not overwhelmingly flashing or cycling through various colors like on some gaming headsets. They also have some of the softest, most comfortable memory foam pads that I’ve used on a set of headphones. Very comfortable.I’ve been using this set for gaming on both my PC and on my phone with great results. I’ve actually made business calls on it through my phone and the person on the other line said they could hear me very clearly.I enjoy the bass response on these headphones and they sound great for the many genres of music I listen to. The detachable cables give you a lot of choice. It means you can set these headphones up for a variety of purposes as you wish.

I was not expecting this headset to be as good as it is. I was HOPING it would be, & I’m elated that it is.Checks all my boxes:- metal frame where the headphones meet the headband. My corsair pair, which I loved, failed me after 4 months of use because of the cheap plastic at the base of the headband where it screws to the headphones. This pair though IS metal!- has mute & volume buttons physically on the headset rather than on the cord. Honestly a deal breaker for me if it wasn’t.- mic & cords are detachable- mic quality is good! Friends on discord hear me loud & clear- affordable- sound quality good (as long as you’re not an audiophile). Those are my main takeaways.Tldr; from one gamer to another, just get it!

They were decent headphones. Stopped working after about 8 months. Dunno if it’s the cord or the headphones themselves, and the aux cord makes the mic quality awful.

This is my second set of headphones from this company. Personally they’re comfortable and I like the sound quality. But not a pair has lasted more than 4 months of consistent use. I use them for work and then all of a sudden, people can no longer hear me. As this is a remote job, I do need to be able to answer phones. It’s very unfortunate but they really don’t make it the full mile.

Firstly, the sound quality! In my gaming, I can hear exactly where the enemies are and I can hear all kinds of subtle sounds I never noticed before. Music is also really good to listen to with these headphones., and even the microphone quality sounds professional!Secondly, they are comfortable! I’ve worn them for extended periods of time (8 hours+) and I have never once complained about how they feel. I have a large head, so finding comfortable over the ear headphones is very important to me. Eksa really knocked it out of the park on these! If you’re looking for a good pair of budget headphones, you really can’t go wrong with the Eksa E900 Pro headphones.

This headset gets good reviews. It doesn’t deserve the good review it currently has (4.5 stars average). It is less expensive than others so you get what you pay for.The information I’m surprised I didn’t see in the reviews prior to purchasing this is the microphone detaches and is flimsy. The plug in can fall off, or disconnect through a simple bump. It is not like most headsets where it is permanently attached and then just flips up if you aren’t using it.Next, the 7.1 surround software doesn’t work at all on PCs. You install it and then it can’t recognize your device even though your device is working just fine. So all 7.1 surround capability is dead in the water.Lastly, there are apparently two chipsets an old one and a new one. The package I received was an old one, which might explain why the software doesn’t work. You aren’t getting a new headset, you are getting one of the old ones. Does it work? Yes. People say my voice is low via the microphone but it works. I am just really disappointed in this and would not buy again.

Unfortunately, the 3.5 to 3.5 mm headphone jack broke from the input side 🙁 I couldn’t use them anymore because no other cable works with it. The cable they provide is specific to the headset because it locks in place. These were my favorite. I spent 5 weeks looking for headsets for my xbox and this was the one. The fact that the volume control and mute button is on the headset itself was amazing. I’m really bummed out about it, but it’s okay. I would definitely still recommend this amazing product.

My 12 year old goes through headsets like you wouldn’t believe. This is Headset number FOUR in six months. Usually they become unusable because the 3.5 mm pin at the end of the cord breaks, mostly for reasons involving said 12 year old and his rolling gaming chair. Since, obviously, the floor is where the headset belongs. So after having broken yet another, fairly expensive one he bought with Birthday money, I decided that it would be better to buy one where the 3.5mm cord is replaceable. Like this here set which comes with said cord, a usb cord for pc use, and a removable mic so it could be used for music listening as well. Ear pieces are comfy and cover the whole ear and the headband adjust in case you have a big noggin. Sound quality is pretty good And he can’t hear me when he’s got this on, so I guess it’s noise cancelling too. All that for about $25 – well worth it.

Followed the instructions and the Headset works great. Do I use the separate connection for the microphone? Windows has already setup the software for both the Headset and the microphone as per the instructions that came with the product. I get no response for the microphone even though the software is in place. Other than that, everything works.

The product is very good, light weight , bright color, easy to use with very soft ear coverings. Unfortunately the audio cable and mic was broken probably during shipping. However the customer support team confirmed on taking care of the issue immediately.

I use these headphones every day for many hours a day, for both music and livestreaming during my job. I really do not like anything cordless, so I purposely got this because it uses the cord. I primarily use the USB connection with it, and it works well, even in Linux Mint. Plug-and-play simple. The headphones get loud, which is good. Music sounds great, has a good bass too. The mic works fantastically, and because it’s connected with a flexible wire I can easily move it out of the way when I’m not using it. The red lights on the side are not necessary in my opinion. The sides are soft and cover the entire ear, which is important. I don’t think they breathe well enough, but it’s only noticeable after many hours in a hot room. Very good buy, worth every penny.

i enjoy the 7.1 surround sound, i’m only using these as headphones so i can’t review the mic. the sound quality coming from these are amazing. i like how there’s versatility on these as well. and the memory foam ear pads are great, i can wear these for hours when gaming.

I use mine for gaming. They are a bit fiddly and I only found one way that they seem to work good. I have to use a USB cord and plug it into a USB port on the PlayStation otherwise the microphone has issues if its plugged straight into the controller for some reason. And if I have the power plugged in to the head phones and an AUX cord plugged in, the mic doesn’t seem to actually turn off.I also switched out the mic with a mic from an old set of turtle beaches that I had because they broke. The build quality is nice and they’re easily worn as long as you don’t have to wear glasses. With glasses I can game for few hours before the pads start to hurt my ears.

In a overall sense, the headset is well equipped with noise cancellation and sound quality. The cushion for ears are comfortable and for long use, do get a bit warm over long periods of time. The sound quality is excellent but one complaint is the lower sound register, when you lower the noise to 20-10 one of the earcups get lower than the other. Overall its great for the price.

So first off, the positive. Sound playback is crystal clear; I like that the cord is a detachable USB-C, which would make replacement fairly easy; cord damage is the number one wear-and-tear problem I’ve personally had with headsets in the past, and a replacement USB-C cord is notably cheaper than replacing the whole headset. Now the negative: Sound pickup from the mic is extremely quiet. In 8×8 and Discord, numerous people had difficulty hearing me as I was “very quiet”. I hadn’t downloaded the associated manufacturer’s software until then, so I decided to do so in the hopes there was an option to boost output.First warning flag is that there are apparently two distinct versions of this headset, with different companion software. But EKSA failed to label them as different versions, so both are the E900. We’re told we have to examine the packaging design layout to determine which headset we have so we can download the appropriate software. So heaven help you if you threw away the box before searching for the software.I was able to figure out I had the newer version, and installed it. That’s when everything broke. 8×8 Work suddenly entirely failed to connect to the headset, then all audio capability on my computer stopped working entirely. I’m going to have to find another headset for work and gaming, and hopefully a system restore will fix any lingering audio problems on my PC.Summary: DO NOT buy this product. At all. If you’ve already bought it, do NOT touch the companion software, and just try to make it work without that.

These have turned out to be a pretty good deal. I didn’t want anything to crazy looking and this does what I need. What got me to buy it was that it has both USB and 3.5m cables. Moving between my PC and my xbox/phone is not a challenge and I like that the microphone can detach. They sound good, the people I talk to can hear me well through it. This was a good purchase. The microphone is only noise canceling so I can’t tell if that feature is working or not but nobody that I talk to complains about background noise.

these headphones work like magic. being able to use them on my laptop and on my phone to game makes life so much easier. the ear cups are premium and seal around you ears nicely, and the head piece is soft on your head.the 7.1 does seem to still work on mobile but the software for PC works better. i did have issues install the software on my desktop but it work perfectly fine on my laptop. the usb-c could be longer for desktop use.the mic my this headset is premium and sounded great to everyone i tried it with. this headset is well rounded in its speakers, mic and build quality. would recommend for anyone that games on a laptop or mobile gaming. if you want to use this on desktop make sure it is close to you or see about a long usb-c cord. i know everyones setup is different so keep that in mind when i say i was to short for me.

Right out of the box, they were more comfortable than two other very expensive headsets I own. I only purchased the EKSA E900 Pro headset because it includes a microphone, my other two headsets don’t have microphones. I wore the EKSA headset for several hours the very first night without the discomfort usually associated with extended use. Also, they are the most adaptable set I found. Three different options are included for connecting to: phone, computer, and separate mic/headset jack inputs.Another huge plus is the fact that the microphone can be easily removed for listening only.I know the advertising is focused toward gaming, but I use them for professional use, not gaming, and I would buy another set without hesitation.

I was doing a lot of reading and research and review reading and I am glad I chose these headphones. First off they are very comfortable on the ears and they are not heavy but good quality. The tone levels I feel are perfect for music and do not break up with more volume. When I talk to people they ask me what mic am I using and I tell them it is a headset they are surprised at the quality and clarity of the sound from a headset mic, I smile every time I hear that reaction. The software that you download is very easy to use and a nice addition to the package. The headphone bag they give you is quite nice and is really good quality. A few of my friends are looking into getting new headsets and since they saw and heard this one they said this was a good choice and will be getting this one as well. I recommend this headphone set to anyone out there that is looking, you will not be disappointed..

Very comfortable to wear, I haven’t used for gaming yet but I have for other things. The one thing I wish that it had would be like a non-dangling cord… One that wouldn’t have a memory and try to bunch up on me all the time. That’s the only complaint if you’d even called that.

I’m not an audiophile. The sound is plenty good for me. Can’t beat the price. Just be aware that the ultra recessed USB port means most USB cables aren’t going to fit. Of the half-dozen that I have lying around only one fits and it’s one of my shorter cables. If you’re looking for a different cable make sure the grip at the USB-C end is as narrow as you can find. The cable that comes with it is probably fine for most, but it’s just barely too short for my set up.

I recommend this headphone set to anyone out there that is looking, you will not be disappointed..

these headphones work like magic. being able to use them on my laptop and on my phone to game makes life so much easier. the ear cups are premium and seal around you ears nicely, and the head piece is soft on your head.the 7.1 does seem to still work on mobile but the software for PC works better. i did have issues install the software on my desktop but it work perfectly fine on my laptop. the usb-c could be longer for desktop use.the mic my this headset is premium and sounded great to everyone i tried it with. this headset is well rounded in its speakers, mic and build quality. would recommend for anyone that games on a laptop or mobile gaming. if you want to use this on desktop make sure it is close to you or see about a long usb-c cord. i know everyones setup is different so keep that in mind when i say i was to short for me.

works great although i was under the impression it would light up when i’m using it with my xbox as well. apparently not i’ve seen other reviews state it works for pc and such just not xbox so not a big deal but good to know before hand.Update: It’s been a month or so since i bought these and the microphone has stopped working, i’ve tried everything but the warranty suggests you could get a replacement mic, trying that atm.

I have had a lot of different headsets some inexpensive some expensive and these by far are the best bang for the buck. I was suprised just how good they were considering they are less than $50

I was skeptical at first, as I’ve never heard of EKSA before purchasing this headset. I was very surprised after receiving it, the sound quality is amazing and the detachable mic is a great addition. Compared to my last headset, my friends say the voice quality is similar despite this one being much cheaper! I’ve only had it for a few days, but it also comes with a 24-month warranty so even if it gets worn out or fails, I can get a replacement within that time.

While these headphones worked they were great. So, it’s now July 2022 and I bought them February 2021 – no longer able to use the microphone. My friend can suddenly not hear me as the sound cuts out so frequently. Ruined our game. If you’re going to take a chance on these ay least buy the three year protection plan. Very disappointed I did not but not making that mistake again.

I’ve recently bought 3 pairs of Eksa headsets, 2 of these and 1 of the E900 Plus. Out of those 3, only one hasn’t had -too- many issues. (The E900 Plus mic never worked out of the box, but that’s another model from this) One of the E900 Pro has already broken (the mic stopped working suddenly, and there are clicking noises inside the earcup with the slightest movement.. loose connecting wires etc) and this final pair of E900 Pro has had some issues with loosely connected wires causing me to have to keep my head very still while using the USB line, and the mic cutting out unless I wiggle it around for a while to find the sweet spot. The sound quality of the E900 Pro is very listenable, I would call it a “smooth” toned set, the mids and highs aren’t the clearest but they blend well and the stage sounds pleasant. I like listening to these for music i want to turn up without my ears getting tired of the harsh treble on some of my other sets while not sacrificing the range. The bass sounds nice.

I am very impressed with this headset. Due to the current situation, I’ve been spending a lot of time gaming online with friends. When I first started using this one, everyone remarked at how much clearer my voice was! I could also hear a noticeable improvement in audio quality over my last one.The virtual surround sound works well, there is definitely a spatial component to the sound compared to what you get with a plain stereo headset. The software needed to make use of the surround sound (over the USB-C connection) is simple and unobtrusive. No popups or notifications from it. You can set the master headset volume as well as the left and right channels individually. The mic and the controls for the headset are all on the left side, as seen in the second picture. From the rear, there is: a volume wheel, a mic enable/disable button, the 3.5mm stereo input, the USB-C input, and the microphone port. The mic enable/disable toggles between raised, and depressed, so you can feel by touch if the mic is active or not. The microphone port is a 3.5mm connection, but it has a square profile on the port and on the mic that locks it to prevent it from rotating. The microphone adjusts freely and includes a foam windscreen to cut down on breath sounds. From testing it on Discord, my voice sounds clearer than with the headsets (even ones designed for videoconferencing) that I previously used. The headphones themselves are nice and comfortable. These are an over-ear design, with very soft leather cushions, so they make a very nice seal around your ears. That sealing does help to block out background noise.Overall, this is a great headset, and when you factor in the price, I think this is a no-brainer. Get one and you won’t be disappointed.

As a long-time HyperX user, I have a high expectation for headphones. For the price, these headphones are amazing. They look nice without being overdone, they have great sound, and I’m pleasantly surprised with the microphone. I expected it to sound muffled and cheap but it sounds great. For the price (or for about 50-100% more), I don’t think you can do better. The noise cancellation is good. The only minor complaint I have is the mute button on the earpiece is loose in its slot so if you move the headset rapidly, you’ll hear it wobble in there and it sounds a bit like something plastic that’s loose inside the earpiece. It rarely happens so it’s not a big deal.Update: Well, my daughter (2yo) and I managed to break the USB cable. I thought my headphones were toast and I’d need a new pair eventually but after looking remembered that they just connect via the detachable USB cable. So I’m actually even more impressed since it’s an easy, cheap fix to replace the USB cable. Back to having a great headset!

They squeeze my head a little too tightly, and there’s no way to adjust that so they become uncomfortable after awhile. Otherwise I really like the sound quality, and like the decorative but unnecessary built in lighting.

With glasses I can game for few hours before the pads start to hurt my ears.

so this headset is said to come with a 3.5mm audio jack and a usb to type C connector, but my order only come with the usb to type C. That would have been ok with my to some extent, but im having CONSTANT disconnection issues with the usb connector on my PC. manafacturer wasnt will to help me to get a 3.5mm audio jack. BIG YIKES!Edit:I have finally gotten a hold of someone from customer service, who was willing to actually help me. They made sure that i was helped by all means, and it actually felt genuine. Long story short, my issue was resolved and now its no longer a BIG YIKES! but a BIG shout out to Yimi 👍

I purchased my Eksa E900 Pro after my old headphones (a different brand) snapped and I needed a budget option replacement. Let me tell you, these Eksa E900 Pro headphones are so good!

I really like these headphones. The cushions on the headphones are way comfy, don’t feel as if they overheat my head or ears.. Love the opinion of using the usb and the normal 3.5mm it allows one to use the usb to computer and the 3.5 to my phone. The plus plus is the volume on the headphones itself.. I never like it on the line cause it can turn itself down for snagging on your clothes. I’m so in love with this set.. Gamer friend in Australia is trying to order her’s now after hearing me go on about them last night. 🙂

The product was working fine for the first two months, however it suddenly began to malfunction. Apparently, my cheaper Brazilian headset that lasted me two years, is now superior than this plastic junk…For the days it was working, sure, it was a great replacement for my previous headset despite being rather uncomfortable pn the head for me, it was good in sound quality so I enjoyed it while it lasted.Do I recommend? No.

Very comfortable to wear, I haven’t used for gaming yet but I have for other things. The one thing I wish that it had would be like a non-dangling cord… One that wouldn’t have a memory and try to bunch up on me all the time. That’s the only complaint if you’d even called that.

Alright, there’s a few good and bad things. I was never able to download the 7.1 surround sound software because it said my usb wasn’t plugged in which it was because i could literally hear my games. But aside from that, its great, amazing i mean. its so comfortable, not to tight, not to loose, just perfect. IT ACTUALLY HAS A DECENT AMOUNT OF BASS, the sound quality is amazing. BUT, a few people said their mic’s weren’t working, i also thought the same thing, all you have to do is go into your computers sound and hardware and make the input device your headphones and also the output device, make sure ur mic is enabled. and if that doesn’t work, MAKE SURE ITS ACTUALLY PLUGGED IN!!! the whole time mine wasn’t completely plugged in, you have to make sure it fully clicks in there, give it an extra push to make sure and twist it if it doesnt go in. ALSO, THE BUTTON THE BACK, if its compressed (in) then that means ur mic is on, if its out then that means its off. its confusing the first time when using it but you should get the hang of it.I definitely recommend buying it.

After doing research online, I decided on the EKSA E900 Pro headset as the best functionally for use with Zoom online meetings at a mid-range price.. The versatility of both 3.5mm audio jack and USB plugin adds applications in addition to PC. I like the secure connection of the audio cable with the twist lock and the orientation for the mike angle. Installing the 7.1 audio software was a challenge, it would be nice to have English instructions also… On my second try, I noticed a box with a “v” and found language selections… worked better for me. I watched a couple of Utube videos and found the voice quality to be excellent. And then the drone tour of the Pacific Coast of CA with orchestral music… my ears melted into the comfortable earmuffs while I enjoyed both the natural beauty and the dynamic range and frequencies of surround sound music. I used the mike online and my correspondent said the sound was excellent. No notice of any breathing sounds. The flexible boom adjusts the position to be perfect for my environment. It did pick up a little background TV when the TV was turned up too high and I was not talking. Gene

It is a Budget headset, but of Less quality compared to a LVL30 Sony Headset. The microphone is low vs Sony Headsets, the game audio is muffled. Headset heats up if you plug in the usb for lights. Sad that you have to max out the microphone level in the settings on your PS4, for others to hear you. The headset I received would make a static noise while talking, I could hear it when adjusting microphone level and my friends could hear it, but only when I was speaking, not good. Checked and replugged in wires, still the same. I returned this and tried Sony Plastation LVL30 Headsets, way better, no static, clear and I was able to put microphone level at good with my friends hearing me just fine.

I bought these based on great reviews and had high expectations. I compared them with two other headsets (the popular Tao Tronics wireless/noise canceling/bluetooth and the Xiberia V22 Gaming Headset). I returned these… here’s why.- Sound quality was subpar. What sounded generally acceptable at first turned into a surprise when I compared these to the other two headsets in a side by side comparison. (I used the Tao Tronics in a wired config, not via bluetooth, to be fair). The Xiberia V22 was considerably better than the Tao Tronic (with better balance of bass) and this Eksa landed at the bottom of the list. I listened to the same music and podcast records and after hearing the other two, it was easy to notice how thin and hollow the Eksa sounded. The bass was lacking compared to the other two, and in the end the hollow vocals became irritating.- Mic quality was way too low. I made the same type of recording of my voice and compared this to the Xiberia V22. The Eksa recorded at a very low volume, the Xiberia didn’t. The difference was significant. I asked my daughter to listen to each recording, and she said I didn’t sound “like me” using the Eksa.On the positive side, I really found these comfortable and felt they were constructed well, using metal instead of plastic. When I unboxed them, I felt I had the winner in my hands already as they felt solid and inspired a sense of quality.I really wanted these to win my tests, so I downloaded the recommended Windows software and drivers and retested. I could boost the mic input volume with the software, but even at max boost it was still lower volume than the Xiberia without any mic boost. The software options for sound settings didn’t get rid of the thinness of the vocals, and the bass just wasn’t there compared to the others. I reluctantly concluded these were the worst audio quality of the three and I couldn’t fix it with software.I do understand these are not $100 headphones. Yes, they do produce sound and the mic barely picks up enough of your voice only if using the recommended software to boost the input to the MAX, but considering I was trialing this and the Xiberia V22 (I already owned the Tao Tronics) and the Xiberia was far superior in both sound and mic quality, I returned these and kept the Xiberia. The Xiberia do have more plastic and are fit a bit more snugly on my head than these, but they are still comfortable and cost even less than the Eksa did (although cost did not factor into my conclusion or decision to return). So while I understand the may positive reviews stating they are good “for the price” I came to a different conclusion, as the less costly headphones sounded superior by a huge margin. Ultimately, I would prefer the comfort and build quality of these with the sound/mic quality of the Xiberia V22.

The EKSA E900 are the absolute best I have used. I bought them for my son and a few months later he needed a new volume control piece. Contacted EKSA and Amy quickly responded. After some investigation she informed me that the individual piece was no longer available and replaced his headset with the updated version. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

First off, this is a great headset, my friends were so confused about how the mic quality in this 50 dollar headset was so good, and the sound quality is good too. The things I dislike about this headset are really annoying, however. The VERY BRIGHT light on the sides of the headset doesn’t turn off – ever. it doesn’t turn off when the computer is off, and there are no options in the software (that I’ve found) that allow you to turn it off, so as long as it is plugged into a computer, lights are at full blast. speaking of the software, it is TERRIBLE. I thought I was using some off-brand crap from 10 years ago when I first launched the app. But no, just a low-quality application that allows you to change the volume and not much else. I would recommend a buy though, great quality for the price and I won’t be replacing this headset anytime soon.UPDATESo I have been using these for a while now, and I can confidently say DO NOT INSTALL THE AUDIO DRIVERS. they caused many more problems than they fixed for me. I can’t tell the difference between the 7.1 surround sound and just system default. seriously, just don’t bother installing anything with these. just plug and play.

Arrived in a neat package with travel string bag. First time buying EKSA had a Nubwo before. This is a higher quality sound light weight gaming headset. I will try the PC compatibility during work meetings. I had a bit of trouble working out the setting up of the microphone and sound. The input to the headset needs to go all the way in to hear the gaming sounds. Instructions were labeling dirt and reinsert jack inputs as possible reason why I didn’t hear a thing at first. Otherwise, headset is worth the buy for the casual gamer and within a reasonable price.

The sound quality and production on this headset are fantastic for only $40 dollars. Add in the fact that the cord and mic are removable and thus replaceable, this headset was a no-brainer for me at the price. Been using it for a couple of months now with 0 issues

So far this headset passed all my tests and needs. I use it mainly for Sim Racing and with my Oculus Rift and Quest VR headset. It works flawlessly with the USB cable and works good with the standard type cable. I could not stop the microphone from coming thru my headset and speakers at the same time. Something is missing from Windows sound panel so I used the supplied USB A to C cable and was done with all the testing. I was able to us my racing simulator program to test the voice quality with a saved replay and it worked amazing. I heard no other noises like the cars engine or room echo. The ear phones are as high quality also. I’ve never heard the people I talk to so clear or natural than with my other headset or with my Oculus Rift or Quest VR headsets. The EKSA E900 USB Gaming Headset IMO is a very high quality headset. The cables are very high quality and soft and pliable. When used with the USB cable the ear pieces have Red LED’s that light up. If you don’t like this feature then you will have to cover them up with tape or paint over them. They are bright at night. On the left speaker is a great volume control that works better than any other I’ve had and a on off switch to turn off the mic if needed. All the Padding is soft and comfortable also. Main reason for this choice was price and features. Second was I new it would surpass the audio and mic quality of the Oculus VR headsets.A Great Choice if you wand quality and price.

I have had this product for about 50 days, used it a lot. I think this is an excellent product for the price, for the average gamer this will meet your needs without breaking the budget. Good sound, well made, comfortable and very stylish. I would like the mic to be about 1 1/2″ long to be directly in front of my mouth instead of off to the side, but that is just a personal preference. Side note- COD: War Zone unless you are playing solos you need a mic, play trio or quads without a mic is completely pointless. GET. THIS. MIC!!!!
